For over two decades, I’ve focused on that tricky space where user needs and business goals meet. My work has taken me from digital consumer marketplaces to complex enterprise systems, and now, into products that use AI. In each case, the core challenge is the same: find what people truly need and build a solution that also pushes the business forward. It’s a definite balancing act, but when you get it right, everyone wins. The user is happy, and the company sees clear, measurable results.
